Well we have set off from Lisbon is somewhat lively conditions. Big waves and up to 30 knots of wind near the coast but it has calmed down a bit now - as expected. We have been creaming along at 7 or 8 kts since we left port on a beam reach with 2 reefs in both sails. It is quite exciting!!
Crew are all coping well.
We will reduce sail a bit more overnight.
