Thursday morning June 23rd

We had a very quite night in the marina with dinner on board followed by a round of contract whist and early (ish) to bed.

We had a great start to the day, Vicki took the boat out of the marina perfectly and we were soon under full sail along the narrow passage, with rocks at both sides, out of L'Aber Wrac'h.

We are now heading west under a perfect northerly wind towards the Ushant passage round Cape Finistere. Weather is looking good for a pleasant three days or so sail to north Spain.

We will be in the Bay of Biscay properly in about three hours.
