Continuing to make good progress west and 138' run since Noon yesterday. We found a wind hole for about 6 hours in the early hours of the morning so lost some time. We are now 150' North of the Isand of St Nicolau. 2132' to go to Antigua.

Noon Position 19 07.6N  024 28.4W
Speed 7 Kts
Wind NE'ly 5-6 .clear sky.

More flying fish and indeed one landed on the deck overnight via a collision with one of our stancions. That was the end of its flying career. Couple of Petrels seen this morn ing.

Last nights galley tour de force was Chilli and Rice. Easy pot stuff as we were rolling about alot. Bernie managed to provide chillies da padron and then hammy, eggy, cheesy delights at lunch whilst holding on for dear life (Brenda take note). As John Torode says on Master chef, "cooking does not get harder than this!"

For Brenda from Bernie; Love you and please pass on to Ian Finished "Phoenix" and half way through "No expense spared". Both great reads

Yours
