468 miles to go

A good afternoon sailing was replaced by a not very good night. The low that
was overtaking us to the north from the SW went further east than expected
and consequently the wind
went round to the east instead of going further south. We spent an
uncomfortable night trying to keep going with some easting but at times the
wind was at 070-060 so we were sailing almost northerly in F5-6, well
reefed..

As of now it seems the low has past its closest point to the north and the
wind is now coming round to the south as predicted. So fingers crossed as we
are now doing 6 knots + in the right direction again and once the sea drops
we can shake the reefs out and go beam reaching towards our destination.

Galley Notes: Hammy, Cheesy, Eggy, served up by Bernie. Comfort food when we
needed it.

Fishing Notes: Dixie Tricks not deployed due to recovery time from surgical
enhancements.

All well onboard
