Speed 5kts
Wind ENE 2-3 Clear Sky and Slight sea, long rolling swell from the north.
1902 miles to go.
Yesterday at approx 1630 we passed the 1000 miles point. which means we are getting the miles under our belts but also means we have now broken Susan Ayu's previous long distance voyage record of 950 miles (Azores-Portimao).

Whales sighted at 1145.

Ran on the engine at eco speed from 1700 to 0800 due light airs. wind increased a little so we back under our spinnaker doing around 5kts.
.
Chicken Curry last night (with a chick pea side order). Only thing we were missing were pampadams - Chef looking into this.

We seem to be in an arms race with the fishing with more exotic gear being used but no results. Tinned tuna looking ever more possible on menu

We are now down to the last welsh cake. These were the stable mid watch snack of choice so we will morn their passing.

All well onboard
Yours
