A good days sailing with 163 miles made good at an average speed of 7.1 kts
(23hr day)

307 miles to go

Apart from wind going round to SE-S F5-6 which meant we could lay Horta at a
good speed (limiting factor was swell direction), the weather has been
overcast and wet as we are still covered by the low to the North. However
that will (should) change in the next day and it the sea/swell drops we
should be able to pick up more speed as the wind should stay southerly for
another day. Only question is what will be the wind as we enter the region
around the Azores high and the final hours speed.

Galley Notes: Good Tuna salad for lunch (Colin) and workmanlike Corn Beef
Hash and Baked Beans for dinner (P2 on remote control from S2)

Fishing Notes: Dixie Tricks despite new implants not deployed due to weather

All well onboard

(PS Congrats to Sylvia for asking what FONGs stood for - Prize Twix on the
way to her, if anybody else wants to guess what it means then points still
available, and what do points mean?)
