Noon Position 17 06.9'N 044 47.7'W
Speed 6.5kts
Wind ESE 3, Clear Sky, Slight Sea and easy swell.
On port gybe as wind south of east which is giving us a westerly couse under the asymetric.
973 miles to go. Which means we are on the last leg albeit still a long way to go.
Forecast is for even light winds tomorrow so we may use some diesel (of which we have still 300 ltrs plus) to motor for a day until we get into stronger winds forecast for tuesday.

Sea tempreture today at 30.3 C and air tempreture at 33 C.

Charlize now decided cockpit area is better for sleeping so spent night roosting on windward port quarter. Still feeding on Tuna so diet is up to Heron standards.

Fishing unsuccesful so still waiting for sashimi.

Galley Notes: Chicken madras curry with a chick pea side dish, indian bread and rice. Fantastic! only thing missing was the waiter looking crestfallen when we did not order starters and desert etc.

All well onboard
Yours
