A better day sailing wise. We picked up sufficient wind from the south to
start sailing from 0400 and put up the asymetric shortly after 0700.

Currently doing 5.5 knots with approx 1050 miles to go.

Clear skies with slight seas.

Several sightings of Dolphins and one Whale who surfaced 20 feet off our
port quarter.

Galley Notes: Pepper Beef with rice from our resident chef Christine,
superb!

Fishing Notes: Nothing Yet, but soya sauce and wasabi on standby.

Quote of the Day: (possibly the trip) "I tested the Bananas last night".
