Mongonissi (39.11.0N 20.12.3E) was next. After trying to anchor on thick weed we discovered we had hooked a long (very long) stern line from a boat moored to the shore at least 50 yards away. Once we had “unhooked” ourselves we set about our first attempt at “Greek” style mooring - stern to with the bower anchor deployed. We didn’t hit or break anything so it must have been a success. This is a pretty bay with a bar and a restaurant although the food was a bit basic. We were next to a boat that had been adjacent to us in Lakka, the crew being extremely competent, within minutes they had a satellite dish set up and TV on.
