After an interesting day exploring the old town on the hill we departed the following morning for Puntaldia (40.49.0N 009.41.2E) which gave us a chance to visit Olbia. Jim and Dawn left the boat here due to Jim’s bad knees (now swapped for new ones). We met up with our pal Andrew who had decided to follow us around by car for a holiday (staying in 5 start hotels!) and Jim and Dawn elected to travel with him so we all went to the ***** for dinner.
