Slipped Nanny Cay 0638, stowed the port cockpit locker. It was great to get away to sea, after a hectic few days getting Sawsea Lady ready for a ocean passage. David said a few words to the crew to ask the almighty to keep a weather eye on us, and to remember in particular the members of the Royal Marines Band who we blown up by terrorist 16 years ago, thereby denying them the chance in their lives to have adventures like this. As I write this we are out in Atlantic on course of 030, in 18 knots of Easterly wind, making about 6.5 knots. Cheers Horatio.
