The good ship Sawsea Lady has had a good 24 hour sail, making 133 NM in roughly the right direction. Mike, Oscar and Anthony are settling in and taking Stugeron anti sea sickness pills. David is lucky and dose not suffer from that malady. The weather is fine and sunny and very, very warm, so today because the wind has dropped a little, we have deployed the Bimini, a huge canvas cover on a frame that completely covers the cockpit, therefore we should get some shade. We should have this Easterly breeze for the next 36 hours and then it is predicted to veer to the SE, then south, which will help us lay a course towards the Azores.
