I hope that you all received Blog No 1.We have now been at sea for over a day and are starting to get into a routine but it is still difficult to get up at 02.00 when you have only been in bed since 22.00 the previous day – I’m sure that we soon get into the rhythm.

Since leaving Tenerife we have seen very little – just a few ships and Mt Tidie above the clouds. The boat is going well and we logged 165 miles in the first 24 hours. Yesterday the wind was very strong and we were cruising along at 8 kts fo long periods. It is now more mundane.

I am getting used the multiplicity of Peters but having 3 is still strange.

As yet there are not any cameras out so no pics.
