Finally, a decent opportunity to relax and do some sun worship. Although we seem not to have taken it, and opted to work a bit harder by putting the spinnaker up. We're currently sailing downwind at 8-10 knots, concentrating on keeping the kite in front of the boat.

We're 577 miles from Las Palmas, and the wind looks like it'll be steady from the north east until at least tomorrow morning when it may go a bit lighter for the day.
