We arrived in Pantelleria early this morning after an easy night of gently sailing downwind. It's a tiny harbour, but we've found a berth amongst the fishing boats. Nobody seems to speak English here!
A very friendly policeman seems to have taken possession of our passports, all routine - we think! He was much happier once he believed we hadn't been via Tunisia.
We've had a great breakfast at a very trendy cafe-bar - shame that none of us had showered in 6 days! We have done now - being very frugal with the water we have left on the boat - there's no easy water supply here.
Paul's just vanished to experience a local haircut - we may post photos of the result if we decide it's comic enough!
Leaving here in a couple of hours - next stop Malta!
