A fast....if a little uncomfortable...day on Magrathea. We have finally found some wind last night and have been trucking along between 9 and 10 knots all day eating up the miles towards Antigua.

We have however gone from millpond sea conditions to a somewhat confused wave pattern – some quite large and they seem to be coming from all directions...leading to the crew having to adopt the famous ‘tree frog position’ in order to get any kip as the boat lurches from one side to the other.

This hasn’t stopped us from once again spending the day lounging in the glorious sunshine, reading and generally taking it easy!

We reached half way point today so had a couple of beers to celebrate....and Sarah has been assured by Nic that with only 1100 miles to go the count down to arrival has begun and it’s all a sleigh ride from here!
