After finally getting all the repairs done in Falmouth, we cast off at 05:30 Friday 24th of October for La Coruna across the dreaded Bay of Biscay!
For the first two days we had sunshine and great sailing, we've seen dolphins, and on one night watch Janne and Lotta had a whale surface 10m from the boat!
Yesterday the weather took a turn for the worse, and the night sailing was really difficult, with no moon or stars, and it being a bit misty you can't see the end of the boat or the waves, so theres no points of reference just the compass!
With rough seas, rain and rabid portugese fishing boats the conditions arriving into La Coruna could have been a bit better!  Still we arrived saftely and celebrated with a  fine breakfast of a couple whisky's and  an omlette!!

The weather for our onward journey to Maderia dos'nt look too good, with strong winds and rain.
But first there's a dinner and a few deinks waiting out on the town!

Lotta och Janne säger HEJ! till Nicco, Hampus och Emil!
