Finally after five days we had land in sight! The crossing from La Coruna went
well despite four days in a row of gale winds from behind. A quiet night in
the harbour without swell was highly appriciated and well earned. Not to mention
the icecold beer :-) Porto Santo is a small island about 300 seamiles north of Canaria
Islands. At around lunchtime today we will set sails again heading south towards the
final destination Las Palmas. Before phase 2 starts with the Atlantic crossing! Thomas
sends all his love to his three girls on Ingarö. "I´ll be home soon!"
