Mid Atlantic Memories

Just incase you have been left with the impression that it's all flying spray and decks awash, here are a couple of pictures of scenes about 500 miles from the Azores last week.

Transferring 100litres of diesel into the main tank. Infact about 20 hrs after we did this a SW wind filled in and we then sailed all the to France in perfect conditions. Note the absence of white horses, cold weather gear or moisture on the deck!

Baking at sea tends to be a bit weather dependent. On this occasion Teg has baked a fine loaf which resembles that part of the anatomy  which has a had significant use in sitting mode. Very good it was too.

And after all those miles at sea - what's this old wreck?

Back home early next week to start work on June 2. Uh oh!
