We left Union and headed the short distance across the turquoise sea to Petit Martinique, to fill up with fuel and water.  PM is part of Grenada so in theory you have to check in & out but no-one seemed to mind that we hadn’t.  The surge at the fuel dock nearly ripped the cleats out of the deck.  We didn’t hang around.  For the first time since our trip began I managed to fuel up without hosing the entire deck with diesel!

A mile across the water from PM is PSV, short for Petit St Vincent.  This is a private island with 22 small chalets, with a flag system for room service – a red flag means “do not disturb”; a yellow flag means “room service required”, and a waiter in a golf cart comes along to take your order.  A little different from the Radisson Liverpool.  The fees were $1000/night.

Of course, being yachties, we just anchored for free in the most brilliant turquoise water, just off the stunning beach, and listened to the mellow sounds of a steel band wafting across the water.

We spent the day on the beach.  The best beach we’ve been to (and that says a lot!)
