Current position is anchored in Port Boise which is where the Pilot Boats
are stationed for the Southern Passages.

We spent last evening in at Yate which is around 15NM north so that we
could time our entrance through the Havannah Passage with the flooding
tide.
We went for a dinghy ride at Yate up to the hydro power station and were
hoping to walk up to the dam wall but struggled to find the walking track.
We then headed back to Yate Village to go for a wander and see if we could find
the local store but even despite directions from the tourist information centre
where still unable to find it so gave up and decided that swimming back at the
boat sounded like a good option.
Strange as it may seem there is a resort and restaurant on the other side
of the bay so thinking of checking it out for lunch tomorrow before continuing
our trek back to Noumea.
