As expected the wind died in the evening and we
motor sailed thru the night making 150 miles in the 24 hours. Currently
still motor sailing at about 7kts with 8-10 kts of wind over the deck from port
quarted. A quartering swell and sligh cross sea making the ride not
the best. If we can hold this course and speed there is a chance of making
it into Avatiu harbour on the north of Rarotonga before
dark.
