We started with a bad day the generator packed up
late last night.
It is pretty crucial to us for water
and charging .
We took it to bits and found the fan belt had gone
causing it to overheat fortunately the cut outs
worked and shut it down before it became
critical.
Now the sun is out and we are running at 7/8
kts under twin headsails with less than a thousand miles to go. Brilliant and
all's well with the world!
