Having decided to go to Nuku Hiva first rather than
Hiva Oa, the wind has been really weak and we will not make it tonight. On the
way however is another Island called Ua Huka with a good anchorage for the
night. Plan C is to anchor there for the night and move on first thing
tomorrow am to arrive Nuku Hiva in daylight tomorrow afternoon.
The geography of the islands is stunning even at a
distance, all looking forward to a run ashore!
Plan D
Tried to get into the anchorage without sucess so
are heading slowly for Nuku Hiva and due in at dawn tomorrow.
Sailing is such good
fun!
