We are amazed at how the Madeiran people utilize their space in all areas for living and cultivation etc.  The infrastructure of roads is amazing and the number of tunnels on this small island to keep traffic flowing is out of this world.

Everywhere we have been, even the day after a big Fiesta, the streets and sidewalks are spotless, showing that the people here are very proud of their island.

At the Resort, we have enjoyed the sea water tidal pool, the sea bathing area, and fresh water swimming pool at the Hotel tremendously.
