Getting nearer, sun shining, still not caught a fish but then I don't suppose there's much tuna in these waters. Aim to catch Saturday morning tide through the Needles, arriving Port Solent sometime after lunch. Port Solent, for those who have not been there is at the top of Portsmouth harbour, and is easily found, M3, M27, J12, follow signs to Port Solent, goes past Tesco. On the estate, keep going past the cinema etc until you see all the boats and the sea. We're told we'll be on Pontoon F, but just phone us - oh the joy of cheap phone calls again - Vodaphone profits will plummet. We'd love to see anybody who wants to come down, we will also be there on Sunday as well, for drinks and inspection!
