29:11.4N 71:15.0W The squalls can be challenging (winds to 35 knots….and short intense rain), but they also produce rainbows…just a few of the many we saw are pictured. Today was a good day with winds holding in the 15 knot range. With these conditions and an updated set of fuel calculations, we are now confident that we will make it to the Chesapeake, and maybe even all the way to Annapolis! Mid-morning we had dolphins crossing the bow…Peter ran up to try to see them…of course timing the camera to get a picture is also a challenge….they are curious and playful, and they like to jump across the bow wake. And then we "rang the bell" for "Puller"….but only he can say why! Importantly, we went past the half way point of the estimated 1385 mile passage, so we "rang the bell" and toasted King Neptune with Dark & Stormy's! And now Day 4 is behind us as we sail along 500 miles East of Stuart Florida! As the winds are holding at about 15 knots, we are now sailing with Main and Headsail, and the engine secured….the best way to save precious fuel…and we are doing about 8.1 knots…putting "miles in the bank" and assuring adequate fuel!
