Tried to get on to the irridium today to send and receive emails only to find that our hours that J had paid for had run out!!
Now the very strange feeling that we are really cut off from the outside world for the next 2 -3 days, which quite frankly I hate with Antonia in the middle of finals and Malcolm organising his life before his next course.
Wind fluky and sea sloppy, sailed averaging 5 -6 knots with Asymmetric up but mainsail keeps slopping and banging.  Eventually put motor on this evening, red light came on again so more water to clear out of the system, the same happened at 3am this morning I wasn't due on watch until 6am but so much tooing and frowing through master cabin to sort out engine I was awake from 3am until 2.30 pm today then crashed for three hours.   More Tuna tonight was going to do a french way with pernod but discovered we had none left, so did it plain with lemon and garlic and an aubergine parmegiano with it along with past.  All these blogs will be sent when we get to the Marquesas and can get back online via the irridium no way we can do it now as can't contact mailasail about it.  Now that the breeze is directly from the east, behind us and so going with it and is light anyway it is amazingly hot and sultry during the day, the decks burn the feet if you are not careful.
