...and we have officially left the Caribbean, and are back in the Atlantic. We have been making good progress till this afternoon, when the wind has dropped a bit and moved to the south. Our boat speed has fallen from better than 6.6 knots to something nearer 5, sadly. It will increase again tomorrow, with even more south in it, so we will have to do some sail changes in the morning. Sometime this evening, we will cross the halfway point, which will be worth celebrating – we will have a magnum ice cream from the freezer in anticipation of the event, since Ali will be in bed by then!
