We’ve been gone now for a little over a year, and are on our way home, slowly, but headed in that direction!     I’ve gotten really good and docking our boat in strong currents and big wind, I got really good at cooking offshore, I can speak a little Portuguese,  I stripped off all the old varnish and got 5 new coats on all the teak trim,  I even memorized my passport number but it took A YEAR for me to learn how to attach photos to this blog!   SO from now on, I will have some photos for you all to see! 

Here is me  painting a mural, one  way to pay for the slip rent here in Madeira.  Now I have to learn how to move it around this page. Here is fresh caught Big Eye Tuna!  Best tuna I have ever ever eaten! Caught by our new friends here in Calheta!   Madeira is famous for BIG fish. These tunas are small by , marlin standards!!
