We have been running down wind goose winged all day at 7-8kts. Wind has freshen to NNW F6-7 so well reefed main and poled out reefed Yankee. Hope to keep sailing through the night.

136 nm to go but off course a bit due to wind direction so may not get in until 6-8pm BST.

Pizza, then Lasagna for dinner followed by orange cake.

Trip so far 421nm. 60 hours, average speed 7.0kts.

Hope the blogs are getting through. We haven't heard from the UK since Wednesday morning.
