This morning the sun rose to reveal a couple of flying fish had landed on
Moose’s deck overnight, and then later one appeared in Dickie’s book
![]() now did that really land there ?
![]() Then while the captain contemplated the enormity of the ocean
![]() Caroline was tanning her legs and reading her kindle
![]() Then after a fabulous lunch including a very tasty ham given to us by
Christian and Natalie, the crew were set to work again.....
some polished the ships bell
![]() and soon had it shining like new
![]() some cleaned the cutlery and cooking utensils
![]() while others used the ship’s amply stocked splicing kit
![]() to whip the ends of all the mooring lines
![]() Once the work was done it was time for a little Yoga on the bow and a
chance to fly the drone
![]() but the highlight of the day had to be the discussion on which was best,
the Pie or the Pasty
![]() or was it that we sailed with the gennaker all day at an average speed of
8.2 knots hitting a max of 12.4
![]() Or Dickie’s late entry in to the beard growing contest
