Wednesday, after a swim in the morning we left lovely Loutra and headed East for the island of Siros. Not much wind we motor-sailed all the way.
When we got there we decided to anchor off instead of going stern to the marina wall, which looked a bit bumpy. I anchored in amongst some moorings which is not very advisable, but they were all empty, and it was the best spot for the night.
We weren't very impressed with Finikas, felt very empty and didn't have much going for it. The only restaurant with people in it was the one right next to the marina, and actually the food was very good, which was probably why.
In the end we had a nice quiet night on the anchor, and we weren't tangled up in moorings in the morning, which was nice.
