Ay Nikolaos and the blue caves 07/07/2012

We motored north to Ay Nikolaos for the night and when we got there found very strong winds gusting out of the harbour. We ended up anchoring for the outside the harbour as there wasn't much room inside due to all the tripper boats going backwards and forwards to the blue caves which are just around the corner. Later on the wind died and we had a peaceful night. In the morning we motored round to the blue caves and explored them and swam from the dinghy.
Anchoring just off the caves didn't go down too well with one or two of the bigger tripper boats, who came speeding past very close to us, as if to make a point, but we got away with it and then headed off to Cephalonia.
