We are currently holed up in Lefkas Marina, waiting for the rain and wind to pass.

Saturday afternoon we left Parga and motored round to Ormos Fanari, a rather shantyish but peaceful and sheltered bay with a long beach. Sunday morning we left for Lefkas, needing to get there before the weather changed for the worse and we ran out of water and diesel. Motor sailed for about an hour and then the breeze built nicely giving us a lovely reach to the Lefkas canal, new top speed of 7.5 knots reached with full sail up and approx 20 knots of wind.
We only intended to stay one night in Lefkas, but the weather got quite nasty so we didn't want to leave yesterday. It's the most expensive marina we have been in so far, 60 euros a night which doesn't even include showers and internet! So we don't want to stay here any longer, and will leave this afternoon, probably bound for Ndri or Meganisi.
It feels like we are really starting our journey proper now, as we have been here before, but this time, we will not be coming back.
Today also marks 2 weeks that the girls have been on board and the boat really feels like home now with us all settled in.
