Would love to say I woke up this morning to a glorious sunrise. Not so ,
think dark brooding clouds , choppy confused seas and strong winds. I
spent most of the shift fighting squalls. De powering sails and powering
up again. Waves breaking over the foredeck. 5 Hours later when Mike took
over , the sun was out , seas had stabilised and we even saw flocks of
terns. We are about to head into British Indian ocean territory . If the
winds shift like they are supposed to be can pass in front of the Chagos
Archipelago , if not , then it gonna be motoring behind them. Either way ,
at least things have calmed down to a panic...Touch wood (Knocks on head )
