We sailed through the Cargaos Cardagos Shoals again today. Beautiful
place. Loads of small islands in the middle of the Indian Ocean. Islands
called Frigate island ( No Frigate birds in sight ) , Albatross Island (
no Albatross around ) , Siren island ( We listened and heard nothing ) and
i guess Pearl Island does not have Johnny Depp swanning around in a pirate
outfit looking for lost treasure. By evening we had sailed off the shelf
and started heading into the deep blue again. Bit scary to think that a
few days ago a Cyclone was raging in this very spot. So when a wave
decides to throw itself against the windows its like a subtle reminder of
what was here. Conner caught his first tuna today , nice 3 Kg one that we
had for dinner and still have left overs for tomorrow nights supper. Nice
to see that these waters have not been over fished. Did i mention i saw
Greenpeaces Ship called "Rainbow Warrior" in Mauritius. Pretty funny to
think about that one as well , as they really dont like Paul Watson.
