today our position is at 2300

we have had a really nice days sailig with winds of 15kt we have achieved above 7kt average
we saw land -the north coast of Spain- at about 1830pm and arrived at our waypoint at 2130-- we are out of Biscay and everyone and the boat is fine> James The Skipper had estimated an arrival time of 2100 at the waypoint so its a pretty good estimate- well done!
We have decided to carry on down the coast of Portugal as the forecast is favourable winds F4/5 Nw to west which is good for our progress but as I write this the wind has died down to nearly nothing and the engine is on
We are about 10nm offshore and can see all the lights as we travel south- I feel a little happier back close to civilisation
we also have phone reception most of the time so things are back to normal
until tomorrow
