After a windless overnight crossing in calm seas under motor we finally arrive in Bonifacio! We were greeted by a surly port assistant in a tender who wouldn't know the meaning of helpfulness if his life depended on it. Still, there's a tremendous sense of achievement having finally made it to our intended destination.

The port have advised us that the quay is being rebuilt over winter and that storms often cause damage to yachts, so Magnum will not be staying here for long. Sardinia beckons.

Dartmouth to Bonifacio - 2058NM.

Here's a beautiful sunset during our crossing from Mahon to Bonifacio.
