A hot and frustrating day today with 10 to 15 Knots of wind bang on the nose, so with just over 100NM to cover before nightfall we motored all the way. To make matters worse our autopilot packed in so we hand steered all the way.

We were booked in at Isla Clementina, Mahon which is simply a floating pontoon. However, a marinero from Marina Estrella beckoned us over to the quay and we are now moored in a lovely position close to the restaurants.

A B&G technician has been dispatched from the UK and will be with us tomorrow. There's some weather coming in so it looks like we'll be staying here for the next few days before departing for Corsica.
