The polish came out and the lack lustre appearance of Halifax was soon improved as we made our way back down Nova Scotia.  We entered an incredibly sheltered and secluded anhorage of Rogues Roost in light fog which was eerily beautiful. We also called in at Carters Beach again on the way down, but did not dare to enter the water this time for fear of frost bite.  Another long blustery day took us back to Shelbourne where we had a quick shower, meal and did some washing.  Despite the long day the winds were right for us to embark upon our passage across the bay of Fundy down the New England coast towards Boston (we were actually 60miles out from the New England coast so we didn't see much of it), after refueling we set off as darkness fell, on our  way south.
