CP and Andrew Sackett arrived at Ardfern in time for dinner at the Galley of Lorne on Sunday evening.  The forecast was not good!  So we sat up until late over a glass or two.  Monday morning proved brighter than might have been expected, but the forecast for Tuesday remains dire.  So we took Hiltgund for a gentle sail to Crinan and back and she is now backed (hurrah - cracked it at last!!) into her berth as we get battened down for the impending storm.  It is not often you hear Force 11 threatened on the Inshore Waters forecast and the barometer has been doing a good impression of a roller coaster for the last 24 hours - this could be quite spectacular!!
