Wow oh wow!  What an amazing privilege!  The snorkelling here in Hollandes Cays, San Blas, is fantastic.  Today we have snorkelled acres of superb coral. We were really up close to lion fish, parrot fish, electric blue fish, nurse sharks, spotted eagle ray, extremely large rays and lots more.  For more than 20 minutes I swam within a few feet of a turtle and had shoals of fish pass either side of my head. The water is as clear as vodka.  However, the camera lens isn’t, but we have posted up a few photos anyway.

The dry season here is December to April.  Yesterday we saw quite a change in the weather with thunder, lightning and heavy downpours.  It is definitely getting hot (33 degrees Celsius) and sticky – last night we sat in the deck tub just to cool off before we went to bed.

We are heading west towards the Panama Canal.  We have a choice of three marinas along the coast where we may leave Discovery Magic, while we explore some of Chile and Argentina.
