37:30.41N 031:42.84W   The torrentail rain and cloudbase at zero feet that we experienced at Horta on the island of Faial finally has given way (after ten days of rain apparently) to the Azores high moving east, and we left at about midday yesterday. Finally the spectacular volcano of neighbouring Pico appeared.

Still a bit lumpy, but going well in the right direction!
