We started the day in 12kts sailing to Ras AlKhaimah. Upwind. At 1000hrs the wind built to 20 to 25kts gusting 30. Rain and rough sea state 2m seas. 2 reefs in the main and small jib up.
2 hours later the wind died to 4kts. Motor sailed past Kasab and around the Straights of Hormuz. Arriving in the Indian Ocean at 2100hrs. Fantastic and we were all up to celebrate.
