We have approximately 150 miles till we reach port Ghalib, our entry port to Eygpt and where we can plan our trip through the Suez Canal.

What an amazing journey so far.  An amazing crew have taken us so far and three members, Simon, Jake and Katy are leaving us.

It has been a very exciting adventure covering 2,680 miles over 20 days it started of with 2  storms and great sailing in strong breezes across the Indian Ocean.

Visiting  Djibuti is one of the poorest places we have visited but everyone was so friendly and we managed with their help to get all what we needed to enable us to meet the challenge of the Red Sea.

The Red Sea has been tough.  30kt breezes for the first two days, a small convergence zone and moderate northerlies in confusing seas.

Fantastic to see two pods of cute dolphins.  One a super pod, 50 or so.

We are just preparing to have the last night together and having a quick beer, vodka and wine!
