Had a good sail today with speeds of up to 9kts but the wind has now died on us and it looks like we won't be doing much sailing tonight.
The last 3 sticks of our dried fish biltong have fallen overboard just as they were nearly ready, much to the the delight of I'm sure most of the crew. Will have to do some fishing tomorrow, will keep you posted on how that goes.

Clive dried some of the large Dorada we caught to make a weird South African delicacy called biltong
This entails salting fish fillets to take the moisture out, then hanging them out in the sun during the day bringing them in at night so they don't get damp after 4 days you have the salty very tough fish leather that only Clive could enjoy eating.

But as they suspiciously fell overboard maybe he is not as keen as he says!!
