Well after the pod of dolphins that escorted us out of St George's, the hump backs swimming around, we all sat down and had an iced cold glass of Prosecco, followed by king scallops wrapped in Pancetta and a fillet steak, med rare with peppercorn sauce and potatoes dauphnoise, washed down with a few bottles of Barolo, followed by a cheese board with fresh grapes and a red onion chutney, we all had hot showers and went to bed !!

Ummmm the above isn't strictly true, well the going to bed bit is, kind of, but we didn't all go to bed as we're on staggered watches.

We're sailing, but the winds not good, we actually managed 0 knots today ! We're trying to go north to pick up better winds on Thursday. We still have 1,709 miles to go. Ummm could take quite a while.

Stuart made a very interesting  dinner of left over cottage pie toasted sandwiches, in a bowl of baked beans, slightly unusual but we all scoffed the lot.

Today Team Desi have resumed positions, Kelly is still trying to catch fish, Joyce has been doing a photo shoot with a dead flying fish that hopped aboard, Beth has been doing Pilates and a pedicure, Eileen has been playing with her 'erbs and made a delicious  lunch of fish (yes we're still eating the same one !), potato pancakes and sweetcorn and Stuart is again just being and has just put a pork joint in for dinner which smells yummy.

Oh we've also seen 2 boats, Portuguese man of war jelly fish, a Bermudan long tailed bird, oh and a floating jerry can.

More excitement tomorrow
