One day on, we have done 119 miles. Close enough to the 120 obligatory, which would be 5 knots per hour.

Had a bit of a rough night. To aim for Cienfuegos we are sailing close to the wind which is coming from the north. We have the sails reefed so we don’t heel too much thus slowing us down to a speed of 4 knots.

We had toasted egg sandwich for breakfast. It is difficult cooking due to the heel of the boat.
