Great sailing tonight with full main and poled out genoa. Wind is NE F 4-5, Course at the moment is 210n degrees and speed over the ground around 8 knots. This is much more breeze than we had expected from the forecast, and just hope that it holds out.
We're all enjoying being back on passage, and really looking forward to seeing Galapagos. Caught a decent sized mahi mahi yesterday, but now are on stoppages of fishing until some of our fresh supplies have dwindled. Sam is the fruit monitor- we have 5 v large mangoes and 4 pineapples that are all threatening to ripen simultaneously- I think it's going to be mango monday!
